Dave works with companies to strengthen their connection with customers and employees, using innovative promotional merchandise to help them promote their brand.
Through constant research and attending several industry trade shows, he’s always looking for the latest and greatest promo idea. He has great passion for this business and takes pride in having long term relationships with his clients, offering outstanding customer service and welcoming clients to our showroom. Incentive travel or client gifts, sales awards, trade show swag or new product launch?…Dave’s got the hot ideas!

Dave’s charity work centers around chemical dependency and mentoring people in recovery, and was the recipient of the lifetime achievement award from H.E.A.R.T (help enable alcoholics receive treatment).
He and his wife are also very involved with animal rescue and currently have 3 rescue dogs and 2 cats.

Dave is a graduate of St Thomas Academy and the University of Wisconsin-River Falls where he was inducted into their athletic hall of fame. He loves animals and enjoys all sports, working out, running, golf, reading, traveling, and seeing movies. He loves spending time with his wife Cindy and their 2 grown daughters, Kate & Betsy. His greatest sports thrill was hanging out with Andre the Giant after he won a 22 man battle royal cage match.

Shelly works as extension of your team, listening, strategizing and utilizing her knowledge of the latest trends in the promotional products industry to come up with products that inspire your customers and differentiate your business.

With a combination of curiosity, creativity and a genuine love for the business she has had the privilege to work with some fabulous clients! Besides staying on top of the latest trends in the industry, she is also an active member of MN American Marketing Association, MN Team Women and Meeting and Planners International where she was nominated as Supplier of the Year in 2012 and won Supplier of the year 20118. Her creativity, true passion for the business and love of people has allowed her to deliver exceptional service and growth to her clients. She develops long-term relationships with her clients based on mutual trust and respect. Her skills shine through when challenged with finding the perfect product for her clients.

Shelly is a graduate of St. Cloud State University and has studied abroad in Europe and Russia. Passionate about travel, she began her career in sales with Northwest Airlines, living in New York. Past Board of Directors for The Emily Program Foundation. She's a marathoner, photographer, cook, traveler, cancer survivor and has a passion for life. When she's not out looking for the next great idea, you can find her biking with her husband, skiing in Colorado with her son, traveling with her daughter or spending time at the cabin with her family.

 

Krisandra Kramer 

Krisandra is a very positive upbeat person who loves the promo industry. She really enjoys all the client/supplier interaction and making sure all the orders run smoothly. Krisandra is a taskmaster who loves work challenges and getting things done for our clients. She has attained the master certification for creating and managing company stores. Our clients welcome all her expertise by making things so easy for them.

Krisandra married her husband (who was in the Navy stationed in Italy) in 2003 and moved overseas. Since then, she has had 5 kids that range from 5 years old to 18 years old with one going off to college on a scholarship. She has spent countless hours volunteering with the kids’ school, youth sports, and Church. Krisandra has worked as a waitress, concessions at a movie theater, Sport coordinator, Personal Care assistant, an administrative assistant, and most important, a mom. 

Krisandra loves traveling and experiencing new adventures, enjoys trying different foods, and has a real zest for life! She is a joy to have working for Dave Cowley Incentives. 

 

Sara Sanchez 

Sara recently joined the team in May 2022. She thrives on providing exceptional customer service and will go above and beyond to make sure an order is taken care of.

Sara’s friendly and positive personality is a delight to work with. She is ready and willing to jump in on any project with a smile on her face!

In her spare time, she enjoys baking, reading, spending time with her many nieces and nephews and most of all, time with her Husband and two young children.
