Dave Cowley Incentives has a money back guarantee on any product you purchase from us. If you’re not happy with the decoration quality or if you’ve received a product with manufacturing defects. Simply email us at sara@davecowleyincentives.com describe the issue and we’ll issue you a return authorization number, then we’ll issue you a refund or a new replacement item.
